Hi, new member here. I recently acquired a job in Alaska during salmon season and have accepted the job. Normally this would mean nothing to you, the reader, however I am asking for your help. While working I will be working sixteen hours/day, six or seven days a week. This doesn't leave a whole lot of time for lifting or running. That is where I need help. I'm nineteen, 5' 8", and about 190 lbs and in decent shape (I could lose a couple pounds just like the next guy). I am unsure of how to lose those extra ten pounds i'm carrying, while maintaining the muscle I have. I figure dropping in weight won't be a problem with the amount of calories I should be burning while i'm working that much, but I'm afraid of losing all my hard earned muscle. Any suggestions on a diet. I will be living on cafeteria food so keep that in mind. I don't know where to begin...i feel like it's a tough question. Have at it gents (and ladies, sorry) |
