745am - 50g < ON's > protein, 500ml milk, banana, 1 cup oats, blue berries.
1030am - 12 eggs, 1 cup oats, blue berries.
1230pm - 8 oz Chicken, 1 cup rice, broccoli.
330pm - 8 oz Chicken, 1 cup rice, broccoli.
5pm - W/O
7pm - Iso Mass with milk = 80g pro, 100g carbs, 15g fat.
9pm - 8 oz Steak, potatos, green beans.
11pm - Iso Mass with milk
6 Liters of fluid per day
Will add more carbs to most meals slowly, Don't think i need to go over 400g protein per day. |
