745am - 50g < ON's > protein, 500ml milk, banana, 1 cup oats, blue berries.

1030am - 12 eggs, 1 cup oats, blue berries.

1230pm - 8 oz Chicken, 1 cup rice, broccoli.

330pm - 8 oz Chicken, 1 cup rice, broccoli.


5pm - W/O


7pm - Iso Mass with milk = 80g pro, 100g carbs, 15g fat.

9pm - 8 oz Steak, potatos, green beans.

11pm - Iso Mass with milk


6 Liters of fluid per day

Will add more carbs to most meals slowly, Don't think i need to go over 400g protein per day.

do you know what your macros are, and also your post workout meal you should be getting an insulin spike by having dextrose, or a maltodextrin

Dont sound too bad to me bro.Only thing I see is that youre eating an hour and a half before you workout.It might be beneficial to drink a 25 gram protein shake about 430 or so.

Oh I forgot to mention you might need to adjust your protein intake if that would put you overboard.Not sure how much you weigh or need.

I like your diet. It's refreshing to see someone who fills their stomach with solid protein sources with every meal. Keep on trucking brother!

Kaboom I was thinking the same thing bro. Might down some pro just before i walk in the gym. Im on some Test e currently so i know to hit it high with the protein.

12 eggs? holy shit! a whole dozen!

umm.....there's a lot of cholesterol in those.

isn't that only 4500 calories?

if a dude is eating as much as you are, you should be a pretty big guy. i bulk around 4200 calories and i'm 176lbs right now. if i eat any less than that, i don't progress.

i don't know, maybe i'm wrong? perhaps another 150g of carbs would do it?

I don't eat them all whole maybe 1-2. And like i said i will be adding more carbs as the days go on. Plus I'm a Hard Gainer But I'm Going into this Full Force so I hope to do better this Summer.
