I'm about 9 weeks into my cut, dropped around 18 pounds, but am still carrying a fair amount of fat in my midsection. As we all know, you unfortunately cannot choose where you loose the fat from, and in my case it looks like alot of it has come off the limbs, which seems common. Not that there is anything wrong with this...but it is just a little discouraging, i have seen a bit of weight dropped off the gut, but not as much as id like. I'm still loosing around 2 lbs a week so there isnt much i should really be doing improve fat loss. Guess i just have to wait it out...
I guess I just would like to hear about some of your guys experiences while cutting, anyone else in the same boat? |
