Well it's the first of the month and that means it's time to get some more supplements. Now I've been looking around and can't find anything with all the 9 essential amino acids does anyone now of such a supplement?

Thanks

EAA stack from universal nutrition, watermelon tastes great! I would drink it all day if I could.

VASSIVE-EA8 by Optimum nutrition has 10g EAA and 5g BCAAs per serving. It looks like a great product so I would give it a shot if i were you. Just depends on pricing I supose

Chicken, fish, beef, turkey, pork, eggs, cheese, milk...are you getting my drift, all contain the essential amino acids. So does whey.

The only BCAA you need to supplement with is leucine.
