First of all you have to eat FOOD to gain size, with out food your not going to gain anything, also what is your diet like, are you having 6-8 meals? meeting your macros? do you know what kinda foods you should be eating and when? once you have those all down than worry about your training, than supps. As for your supps NO MUSCLE TECH, its just a shitty company, overpriced and a BS company. If you read anywhere in the supp section, MuscleTech is hated. here are some suggestions:
Protein-BSN Syntha-6(it has 3 diff proteins, including whey(fast digesting) and casein(slow digesting, making it a perfect protein to take before bed). Another good choice is ON 100% Whey.

Creatine-Instead of CellTech, you should look into just some regular creatine mono, you will see better results check out AST or Dymatize, both good trusted brands.

Another product you could look into is a glutamine, just to speed your recovery, enhance ATP,increase cell volumization, reduces muscle breakdown, reduces fatigue and lactic acid levels giving you better more productive workouts. But it isnt necessary, just a suggestion.

When most people think they're eating enough, they usually aren't, why don't you give us an outlook of your diet.

Whey, Casein, Creatine, Fish Oil, BCAA's and a Multivitamin should do you well as far as supps is concerned, again, these do not replace food. What does your current macro intake look like?

Oh yeah and get the fuck away from Muscletech

^^cosign first food then training then supplements, supplements are only supposed to supplement your diet not be a staple in your diet as for supplements that i recommend creatine like alstar said stay away from muscletech they are crap protein 100% whey casein for night time fish oils glutamine you can also use argenine but it depends how much money you wanna spend a month also bcaa's are good but thats about it just make sure you put real food as the number one priority and then everything else i would rather eat real food than have a shake but sometimes you need the shake

ive tried Nitrotech,Celltech, and have vapor as of right now. all bought right when i got into this, because like all the other new ppl i was sucked in by there marketing, and nitrotec and celltech were the worst tasting things ever and gave me horrible headaches and stomach issues.
