im always so busy dosent matter if i prepare food or not and the lack of money i get my 6 meals in a day but sometimes im missing one part of a good meal got a whole wheat and chicken but not vegetable or sweet potatio im always missing something i see gains but my question is am i hurting my self more cause im not getting everything i need or am i ok

i take glutamine creatine fish oil papya enzyme whey protein

i know need to get some casein usally do some cottage chesse etc

dude ibanez..you got the biggest arms I've seen on here so far...what your doing seems to be working...i know how you guys feel in the money dept. My case is so bad I'm not hitting my macros on a daily basis....soon I should get shit under control though...I'm seeing results...now that I got some free weights !!! I've never worked out so hard in my life as I did today.I just wish i could do more cardio. I've being doing HIIT since last thursday every other day....I just feel sometimes like i should be doing more...

try to do 4-5 days of HIIT 30-45 min a day and than 1 day of LI 30-45 min a day
