im always so busy dosent matter if i prepare food or not and the lack of money i get my 6 meals in a day but sometimes im missing one part of a good meal got a whole wheat and chicken but not vegetable or sweet potatio im always missing something i see gains but my question is am i hurting my self more cause im not getting everything i need or am i ok

casein usally do some cottage chesse etc
