instead of that banana in the morning have a cup of oatmeal and i would get one more meal with protein in between 1 and 5pm to keep the nutrients comming in so you dont turn catabolic and the last meal you want to have some
casein protein either supplement it or have some cottage cheese with the meal and your post work out meal you need some simple carbs and some whey right after workout so have like 2 scoops of whey and 1 to 1 1/2 scoops of dextrose right after workout
