Morning: 6:00am
3 large whole eggs
2 egg whites
1 large banana

First snack: 9:00am
1 scoop of protein powder
Bag of mixed nuts
2 crushed green tea caps
Ginseng

Lunch: 1:00pm
Large pack of tuna
1 tbls of extra virgin olive oil mixed with tuna
Green veggies
half a sweet potato or some brown rice

before workout 5:00pm
1 scoop of protein
¼ cup of oats
2 crushed green tea caps
ginseng

After workout/ last meal: 7:00pm
Large pack of tuna/ or chicken breast.
2 cups of mixed vegetables
some kinda healthy carb

age 17
weight 250
hieght 6'2"
bf 30%

cutting to 190-200

I think you need a bit more complex carbs pre workout for prolonged energy during the workout.

Also more protein and carbs post workout, stick to simple carbs PostWO to transport nutrients and a fast digesting protein like whey.

Your carbs should look like this:

25% in the morning
20% pre-workout (complex carbs)
25% postworkout (simple carbs)
30% mixed throughout the rest of the day

carbs are set up like blitz said.

you should without a doubt start having a better white to yolk ratio with the eggs

instead of that banana in the morning have a cup of oatmeal and i would get one more meal with protein in between 1 and 5pm to keep the nutrients comming in so you dont turn catabolic and the last meal you want to have some casein protein either supplement it or have some cottage cheese with the meal and your post work out meal you need some simple carbs and some whey right after workout so have like 2 scoops of whey and 1 to 1 1/2 scoops of dextrose right after workout

everything these guys are tellin you is right. after my post wo shakes i usually eat again about an hour later- something high in protien and some complex carbs

ok, from 9 to 1 you don't eat anything? your body is catabolic by 1pm. this is counterproductive and you will be waisting muscle. Keep this in mind and don't forget it!!! you have to eat constantly to loose bodyfat. every 2 hours!

before workout 5:00pm
1 scoop of protein

ginseng

again, you're waiting too long to eat. make that at least 1/2 cup of oats. you need that pre-workout for energy!

After workout/ last meal: 7:00pm
Large pack of tuna/ or chicken breast.

bf 30%

what time do you go to bed? IMO, you should be having another meal after your post-workout meal.

I can't really eat any more
I a stuffed i usally used to eat one meal but now i am stuffed and then trying to drink 2 gallons of water i am tired man

I know it doesn't look feasible right now, but try adding at least 1 more meal each week or every 2 weeks until you get used to it (the Kirk approach =P), yes you will feel full sometimes but your body will get used to it. After a while you'll probably be hungry every 3-4 hours.

i had the same problem and looked at it this way - the absolute worst that is gonna happen is youll puke.
i doubt youll actually puke seeing as i never did, even though you might feel like it sometimes

I want to cut weight though
it sucks when i am so full then have to run 3 miles
