a ON 100% Whey is also cheap, check Orbit Nutrition great prices on all supps. Your macros are way off and some of your foods arent the best sources. Eat more oatmeal if you gotta, cottage cheese is cheap and has protein. eat more brown rice and white rice both are really cheap. You might have to eat the same thing couple times a day but it would be cheap and you would reach your macros

wow I just looked up the stats on cottage cheese 31g of protein per cup thats awesome....I went to orbitnutrition what would you say would be the best bang for your buck on whey powder? the jay robb stuff at kroger is 20 bucks buts its only 20 or 30 servings....the champion nutrition Pure Whey Protein Stack, 5 Lbs. has 71 servings for 39 bucks thats pretty good i'm guessing?

I don;t know LOL

im not quite sure what the quality of champion nutrition is.. ON has good prices and is really good quality, I use BSN syntha 6 which is about 26$ for i thnk 30 servings, but it has 3 diff proteins, fast and slow digesting(whey and casein) and it taste great, but depends how much you wanna spend.. but Orbit Nutrition has all them for really cheap man.

You need to layoff the granlola bars dude.read the nutritional facts on them. Not exactly the right choice for a cut.Why the hell do you eat jelly beans at midnight lol?
Trailmix needs to go too.Eat more oatmeal, cottage cheese and buy some protein. Its not all expensive.
Buy the bags of chicken breast.they are usually a pretty good deal.

yeah you really could just buy a cheap protein powder from WalMart Body Fortress which is about $13, I think it taste like shit and didnt think was that great, but is pretty good for the price. But if you wanna get more quality stuff dont go to a GNC, go wtih orbit.

Today was my off day I should have did my HIIT but I burned myself out yesterday doing it my head started spinning just thinking about it!!! I'll do it tommorow....

1:23am 4 egg whites 60Cal/16gPro/0Fat/0Crb
2:13am 1 serv 2%Milk 120Cal/8gPro/5gFat/12gCrb
10:30am 1 serv 2%Milk 120Cal/8gPro/5gFat/12gCrb
10:30am 2 egg whites 30Cal/8gPro/0gFat/0Crg
10:30am 1 serv Oatmeal w/1/2 banana 222Cal/6.9gPro/2.8gFat/45.5gCrb
1:45pm 2 pieces of Chicken 110Cal/25gPro/.5gFat/0Crb
3:45pm unsalted trailmix 200Cal/7gPro/14gFat/17gCrb
5:45pm 2 egg whites 30Cal/8gPro/0gFat/0Crg
7:35pm 2pieces chicken 1/2 bag of brown rice 260Cal/29gPro/1.5gFat/33gCrb
9:08pm 1 nutragrain bar 140Cal/1gPro/3gFat/20gCrb
11:45pm 1 serv 2%Milk 120Cal/8gPro/5gFat/12gCrb
11:45pm 1 Cup Cottage Cheese 260Cal/30gPro/10gFat/10gCrb

Thats 1672Cal/154.9gPro/64.8gFat/209.5gCrb

My Macros are 240GPro/120gFat/600gCrb

still way off as a whole and still off on my protein but its better than yesterday...now that I've learned about milk and cheeses I think shit will get easier. The nutragrain bar was a no-no I am still unprepaired for snacks while I'm at work so I am just tryin shit out I thought it would be better....The trail mix again is a no-no I guess...better than the nutragrain or granola bars....

Carb question.....
I heard kaboom talking about getting 180 carbs or so as his macro...I was told I needed 600!!!....Now I know he doesn't weight 45 pounds or something...LOL!! why was I told 600 but alot of you are going for way smaller macros for carbs?

I guess I need to cut before I get mass?...I have alot of fat mass already, what phase should I be in?I never really asked those questions before

As for the protein powder...I went to kroger on the way home from work and got soem cottage cheese...I looked over their selection...they have one called pure protein it has liek 30 servings for 18 bucks...the jay robb stuff is 21 bucks for only 22 servings...they has another I don;t remember the name but I was 10 bucks and it has 21 servings or so....I looked at soem stuff at orbit and they have way better deals....liek 72 servings for 38 dollars .Thats cool....I starting to understand more...thanks to you all....I'm just very strapped for cash right now...this rebate check is gonna save my ass I hope!!! LOL
