1g/lb protein
60% carbs
whatever left is your fat intake.

Try anywhere from 50-60% for carbs. Personally I like higher carbs because they are protein sparing.

just to clarify what Freak said, 60% carbs is 60 percent of your total calories. Not 60% of your bodyweight, which would be next to nothing.

for example, my bulk looked like this:

MACROS:
Protein: 800 Cal = 200 grams = 24% of overall caloric intake
Carbs: 1920 Cal = 480 grams = 56% of overall caloric intake
Fat: 680 Cal = 75 grams = 20% of overall caloric intake
CALORIES: 3400

hope this helped bro.

1g protein
2-3g carb
.5g fat all of it is per lb of bodyweight so convert 85 kg to lbs and multiply them

You have to do a little research. There are tons of threads on the forum that detail how to bulk. Check out my log if you are wondering how to bulk, or just do a search on the forum. Normally, you have to find your baseline caloric intake...and then typically add 500 calories to it to gain weight. Some people need more some people need less, it is all about yourself.

For example- if your baseline was 2800 calories, you could intake 3300 calories on a bulk. If you are gaining to much weight (more than 2lbs/week) cut down, and vice-a-versa if you aren't gaining enough.

these are just some basic tips.

Oh by the way...
85 kg= 187 lbs

An excess of 500 per day for one week = 1lb.

1lb = 3500 excess calories
