ok right now i got a good clean diet, but all im takeing is a whey horleys brand protein powder and creatine mono. ive got significant gains and strenght increase just from this program and routine but im wondering if i should be takeing other shit aswell to increase those gains. ive gotten serious about BB looking to take it to the next step
you should of posted this in the supplement thread but it should get moved, but you could think of adding a glutamine, and a casein protein, and are you cutting or bulking?
