I heard goin in tha sauna is a good idea when cutting?? Is this true? Also could this effect my creatine in a negitive way b/c creatine is bringing water to my muscles and then the sauna is just seatin them out?

The only way I can see a sauna doing good on a cut, is that when in the suana you just sweat, which could make you lose weight, its great for wrinkles tho bro!

i fucken looove the suana after a workout. the suana at my gym dosnt get hot enough so i usually do the steam room. i dont know about the creatine thing. do a search for infrared suana i posted a thing a few months back about them kinda intersting. the new hot thing in all the fancy gyms here. basically they work deeper then a regular suana cause the rays penetrate you but like zack said good for getting toxins out and latic acid outta your muscles. if theres no one in there good place to stretch too.

lol in the sauna? that could be dangerous mabey. if your internal body temp started to go up youd never know cause youd be sleeping then youd just passout. mabey lol. the lifeguards actully come in every 30 min to make sure everyone is ok.

Like everyone above said, its good to get toxins and lactic acid out, and of course water. It is really good if you are doing a show at the end of prep its really good to help get rid of the extra water and a good place to practice posing as well, It helps so you will be ready for those hot ass lights on stage.

personally i use the sauna to relax my muscles after a workout it feels so good....our sauna only goes to 180 degrees F but we found a trick of putting a cold wet towel over the thermostat tricks it and it goes up to 200 degrees haha
