When you read the nutrition facts for meat bought raw does the amount of protein in the label equal the amount in the meat before or after it is cooked? I need to know if eating six ounces of chicken which was minutes earlier eight ounces is getting me 40 grams of protein.

You measure the food before hand and thats the amount of protein you'll get. Food can gain or lose size depending on how you cook it, cooking will either add or remove moisture so you'll wind up with a different measurement after cooking.

But the thing is you gotta learn how to control it alright, cause Fear is like this fire alright, and it's burning deep inside, now if you control it Tommy, it's gonna make you hot! Or if you see if this thing here controls you... it's going to burn you and everything around you up. That’s right.
