about twice a week i will usually do cardio only, as i am in need of losing some poundage around the mid area.

what would be the best type of post w/o (immediate). currently i get a shake at the juice bar at the gym that is comprised of Pineapple Juice(because it has no HFC syrup) half a banana and 45grms of protein.

is this ok? should i hold off before having a shake until i get home so that i continue to burn some calories.

45 grams of protein may be excessive, depending on the type of cardio you perform.

nutrition aside, Is bp range a true key to unlocking the fat loss potential of cardio?

the machine do have the ranges between fat loss and cardio, but wouldn't a cardio range (higher) be fine all the same, or is that a case of more is not better for the goal at hand?

it's pretty much just an excess of protein being converted into adipose tissue from what I understand
