what are your main sources of carbs throughout the day.

mine is oats (usually breakfast and pre w/o), brown/wholegrain rice/pasta, potato's and occassionaly some wholegrain bread.

just asking because i wanna add a bit of diversity to my carb intake.

If im bulking then mostly wholewheat bread.
Oats in the morning though.

I just added Couscous to my diet. Stuff is a nice change and pretty tasty.

I am going to start trying to get better at making beans, so that will be a carb source in the future. Black beans and brown rice.... yummmmmmmmm. Whole wheat pasta and brown rice.... yummmmmmmm. You get the picture.

i made couscous a while ago, kinda different i dont know if ill make it again anytime soon. I usually get carbs from oats, brown rice, corn, and quite a few carbs from the amount of dairy i consume

Hummus, which is mashed chickpeas, blended with tahini, lemon juice, salt and garlic, is pretty tasty. i make it every once in awhile for a change

my two main ones are
brown rice
whole wheat pasta

but i also very often eat
oatmeal
whole wheat bread

post workout
white bread
baked potato
juices
crackers
natural fruit jelly

i realize these aren't the best things to eat post workout.
this is honestly what i have though

i heard it's a good idea to mix like a tbsp of honey in with your whey protein shake post workout

what are your thoughts on this guys?
