I just added Couscous to my diet. Stuff is a nice change and pretty tasty.
I am going to start trying to get better at making beans, so that will be a carb source in the future. Black beans and brown rice.... yummmmmmmmm. Whole wheat pasta and brown rice.... yummmmmmmm. You get the picture.

i made couscous a while ago, kinda different i dont know if ill make it again anytime soon. I usually get carbs from oats, brown rice, corn, and quite a few carbs from the amount of dairy i consume
