I just finished a bowl of mixed veggies (lima beans, green beans, peas, corn, carrots) and a good amount of pan seared boneless chicken breast. Then glazed with extra virgin olive oil... this is a staple meal, and delicious.
I just ate 1 bag of brown rice with 2 pieces of boiled chicken tenderloins cut up
1/2 cup of Green beans
its weak though I know..I am having major probs comming up with protein
