Hey!

I met a pretty friendly dude in the gym for a couple days ago,i asked for some bulk advises & tips to get stronger and he wrote this "schedule" and emailed it to me:

1. Mega Mass 4000 , oatmeal & pasta
2. Mega mass & a can of tuna
3. Random food at school
4. Random meat and just good pure stuff.
5. Mega Mass 4000 & pasta (before workout)
6. Normal/traditional gainer (past workout)
7. 2 cans of tuna,egg whites,chicken,vitamins

Sleep atleast 9h

That about what he said & wrote..seems kinda alot "Mega mass".. but what do you guys think? - Will i be fat using it like that?,a portion Mega Mass 4000 is 720 kcal

His stats were:
25y.o
127 kilos (280 lbs) on 6'6
BF: 17%

Thanks in advance!

Either he didnt strictly mention any greens or veggies, or he actually doesnt eat any. Which is pretty scary to think.

What are your stats? His food intake and timing can vary greatly from what you should be doing.

he mentioned tho that i shouldnt eat so much broccoli beacuse you feel full and not able to eat other things.

My stats.

with that diet you are going to be

.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.

take all the vitamins tabs in the world, they wont have the effect of a real vegetable and the nutrients in it.

dont rely too much on MEGA MASS( assuming its a weight gainer), eat carbs like pasta, brown rice, oatmeal, whole wheat bread, yams, sweet potatos,

that diet might work for the BIG DUDE but might not work for you at all. Read what other people would comment

Weider Mega Mass 4000 SUCKS. Do not buy it, that is the first weight gainer I bought and it is horrible.

Make your own shake.

Id personally cut what he eats in half. You need veggies. NEED them. Multi-vitamins and multi-minerals are supplements, not whole food replacements.

Also, id nix weight gainers completely. Focus on whole food sources that are clean like turkey, chicken, whole wheat pasta, yams or sweet potatoes, eggs, whey, low-fat or no-fat dairy, mixed veggies, brown rice, berries, and fish.

Really at 6'6 280lbs isnt that big anyway. That "schedule" sucks. You need your veggies Shit I eat 4 cups of Broccolli a day and Im still hungry all the time dont know what he meant by that. You also need a good multivita but not to replace the foods.

Yeah, he linked to a forum where i could ask for tips aswell, and i found a thread:

"v.1-8 80mg dbol ed
v. 1-20 sustanon 750mg e3d
v.1-20 200mg deca ew
v.10-20 tri tren 150mg e3d
v.16-23 winnar
v.20-24 masterlone
v.20-24 effedrine
v.20-24 prov
Ptc: nolva, clomid, hcg,"

some swedish may be in there...

"18-01-2008, 12:50 : 127 KG 17 BF"

"14-03-2008, 01:34 : 151 KG 25.6 BF"

So yeah i guess he's cycling,i will skip what he recommended, guess he just throwed out his own personalized food schedule due to lack of time or something..
