Napping After Meals

was wondering if napping after meals would decrease fat loss? actually, its more like going back to sleep after breakfast for around an hour or so.. can anyone tell me more about this?

lol.so, the stuff about sleeping decreasing ur metabolic rate and all that doesnt apply in this case? how come?

doesn't matter,
your meb. rate decreases at night time when you have your full stages of sleep.

sweet.that clears up things abit. the cortisol i produced stressing over this was probably even more counter-effective lol. thanks guys!

When you're not training, rest as much as possible. Sleeping is essential for energy, growth and repair.

Sorry to say that if anyone says you shouldn't sleep due to cortisol production is an idiot. The energy you gain and the growth hormone released during sleep far outweight the cortisol levels.
