Hi

I'm 16 years old and it's my first day here

I know a lot of bodybuilding forums, but this one is outstanding, I'll stick with it

You guys are awesome

So, I have been training for 5-6 months and I don't really have a diet. I try to eat as much protein as possible.

I bought a supplement named Iso Gainer, it lasted 1 month and I stopped it.

So do you have any tips for me so I can build a diet?

Btw, sorry if I make mistakes, I speak french

Your only 16 dude so i wouldnt be looking for a real strick deit. Basiclly eat healthy. Looking to put size on, eat a lot(but healthy). No take out. Lot of meat, chicken, banna's, milk, beans, oates. etc Only real supps i would be hitting is som whey protein to make sure all your training isnt going to waste. Try a couple and find wat price and taste and quailty works for you on that(personal pref). Hit the training hard and get a couple of years behind ya and go from there. Best of luck and hope ive helped.

Start developing good habits from now, stay away from simple carbs, soda (pepsi), white bread, try to eat more whole foods and develop a taste for them, you will be really thankful when you are 20 because those type of foods are best to have a great body.
