I take 20 g a night, usually RIGHT BEFORE sleep. I get about 6-9 hours of sleep, 8 on my better days. I know I'm not 100% anabolic the longer I sleep, but I wonder if I should be taking a larger dose?

50 g, really? I would think that would be the top number at most.

This is ridiculous advice and can cut into deep sleep. The basis is there, but the chances of disturbing natural sleep cycles and deep sleep is there as well.

Id get in at least 25 grams of protein in your final meal. I like using healthy fats here as they slow down digestion as well, like peanut butter, almond butter, or whatever.
