8AM - 50g Whey 50g Granola 10g Fat

10AM - 30-50g eggs 50-75g dry oats 10g Fat

So you are taking in about 5500 calories. I'm not sure on the specifics for a diet when you are using so let one of the gear guys give you specifics but I think you want reduced carbs, moderate fat , and increased protein. (not from your diet just saying in general).

What are your current stats?

Since you're on gear, I'd talk to LBJ. He knows a lot better what a diet on gear should be like. It's much diff from normal diets
