well really i saw that you should drink 1-2 full glasses of water after your meal. which i think is some scientific crap..IMO if you are thirsty drink but aim for 4 liters a day.

good meal you had, keep it up!

You need 4ml of water to store every gram of carbohydrates as glycogen. Drink to rehydrate and replenish fluids you lost through not only sweating but to aid in replenishing phosphages as water is used to form and break ATP.

Water intake during training isn't specific, just keep yourself hydrated.

water can aid in the digestion of food. if consumed with a meal, water makes it easier for your body to digest.

just like if you chew your food thuroughly, you body will have a less tough time breaking it down.

sorta like how you see the competitive eaters dipping their food in water. It makes it easier to go down

no offence man, but i also read u shouldnt drink during your meal because it dilutes your stomach acid, so u don't digest your food as well/quick. Im not an expert tho hey.
