diet making me sleepy?

Hello all, I just started my diet for losing fat/mass gain saturday and I think I'm doing alright.Today I went to work though and after a few hours I felt exhausted!!! Is this normal??Heres what i did and ate....

I went to bed at 1:30am sun night...woke up at 8am this morning. I took my multi vitamin then I ate 1/2 cup of oatmeal with jay robb whey protein powder at about 8:15. I then worked out my chest, tris and abs. I finished at about 9 or 9:15. At 10 am I ate another 1/2 cup of oatmeal with a little cinnamon. at noon or so I ate 2 hard boiled egg whites and about 1/2 cup of green beans plain. I left for work at 1:45pm.I am a welder at a Steel Mill. at around 4:30 I ate 1 hard boiled egg white. At 7pm I ate about 1 cup of plain white chicken breast and another 1/2 cup of green beans.At around 9 I felt like I was gonna pass out. I had never been that exhausted at work before.I do the same job everyday and its never made me that tired.I got home at approx 11:15 and I ate 1 hard boiled egg white with another 1 cup of plain white chicken breast. Then I ate 2 small generic freeze pops (I know thats a no-no!! I think...its only 2g of sugar each. No ones ever told me how much you can have before you fuck up your diet!!)

I feel kinda ok now since I ate...I just wanna know if this is normal when starting a train/diet routine??

Naps=Heaven and really do help a lot but you still should go to bed at a reasonable time at night.

is there anything else i should be eating?? like for more energy or soemthing...I know I'm prooly not getting close to my macros...maybe thats another reason for being tired

Not hitting your macros will not make you grow. It'll not help you at all really. Your body will feed off of other substances that you don't want it feeding off of

You need way more protein.You should at least be eating 4-6 egg whites at a time.1 is only like 6-7 gramns of protein.Come on man I eat 12 at a time.Your diet pretty much sucks.Not trying to be rude just honest lol.
Post your diet with times you eat and such but not in paragraph form and we can help you switch it up some.
Youre not getting enough food.That is probably the biggest part of your problem.

Throw in some fruit with your oatmeal. That will help you out tremendously. You also need more protein. Please re-structure your diet, in a list format, not paragraph. Tell us your stats and the macros you are trying to hit. (if you have a diet plan set up) If not we will help you.
