I had that for a while man. It was rough. Are you nervous? anxious? or at all worried about anything when ur eating or who ur with?

That could have a lot to do with it.

Give us some more info about it

you'll be okay man. just surround yourself with good people and try and be as upbeat as possible. Then you'll end up being able to eat a lot more, also just try and make urself eat. if you make urself do it it'll def be easier for you to eat more and more cuz ur body will get used to it. if you throw up, no biggie, eat more

Sorry about your girl. Ive had that problem with eating too. I chew a lot of gum and when i dont feel like eating go out and have my favorite dinner or buy some steaks and cook them on my grill. Ive found that eating things i like helps.

Good luck

I too have had the eating issue...what i did to overcome it was just sit there and eat no matter how miserable i felt. It got better after a little bit. good luck bro and keep us updated.

Cause your metabolism to adapt. Slowly pyramid your food if it's that big of a problem. This should slowly, but not drastically, increase your BMR (basal metabolic rate).

Another option is eating more meals; how many are you eating now?

hey bro, i'm only eating 3 meals per day. i sub the rest with powder carbs and protien. i know this is not great, the morning is the worst for me, im really hungry in the morning but can't eat a thing, i take one spoon full of oats and i start sweating *L* so i drink a shake with 94g carbs 30g protien. so i'm gonna try a morning run before breakfast, see if that helps. cheers
