if you're cutting, this is normal. since your carbohydrate intake might be lower than usual.
that's why i like to have some
animal pump before a workout. something with caffeen in it and NO2 and creatine. and make sure you get some complex carbohydrates before a workout as well.
make sure you get enough sleep. especially since you're cutting. you need all the rest you can get.
that shit ain't easy.
also, make sure that you're getting at least 1.8g of protein per lbs of bodyweight so you don't loose muscle.
