You want to lower your carbs a little while trying to lose weight only if you have been getting enough to begin with but not like i am doing. This is a strict diet that i wouldnt recomend unless you were competeing

Hey Buddy - how's that cut coming? Is that 8 pack shining through? I had a carbo weekend (refeed) but it might have been a bit too generous with the homemade peanut butter cookies- tough having kids around making treats... Hope it's all good w/ you. How many weeks out are you? Too bad I'm on the other coast - like to come out & root for ya!

later bro.

K-Man - way rad diet! good thing it's only 11 days. i bet this will really get you shredded - just think of that while your kids are eating Mac & cheese & ice cream! Stay strong - stay focused and chew on the bed post if you need to...LOL BTW - it's amazing you can eat 12 egg whites & still feel hungry!!! I had a HUGE omlet this am 1 C egg whites and 1 egg for color - still hungry afterwards. Oh and BTW I added my chewing gum to mt Fitday count - whoa 6 carbs! Thanks for that heads up.

Later Bro!!!

well, if you stop traning them now, you might be able to make them look shredded.

think about it? when do your legs look the most cut? right before you leg day. when you train legs and they get pumped, you defenition goes away.

that's why, you should stop training legs 8 weeks before the show so that they retain as little water as possible. don't worry, you won't loose size in 8 weeks.

I wouldnt dare stop training them 8 weeks out(thats just me)but I see your point and have stopped or train them at a minimal right now.yesterday it only took 30 mins for legs.Just a few light sets to get a small pump and some good stretches. My seperatin is coming through so i hope when i drop some water.Ill be ok.
