Anyone use this stuff?

Im seriously contemplating buying some, and although i get a good 20 grams of fiber a day, id like to have more fiber in certain meals. For instance, if i know im going to need a meal to last about 4 hours or so, or if i want a small meal to last longer, i feel fiber may help this.

Plus, the full feeling can only help my cravings at random times.

Id like to know how much flavor there actually is to either of these products.

Fiber actually kinda helps to speed up meals sometimes because some nutrients will attach to it sorta and then it'll pass through the system faster cuz a lot of fiber is insoluble and then u may not get all the nutrients dude.

If u wanna take fiber go for it, but make sure u know all of what goes along with it

I take Fibersure and it is really good man. i add it to my protein shakes an it is tasteless.

Where did you hear this? I have two sources that say otherwise about food attaching to fiber.

In fact, some research suggests that it improves absorption of some vitamins and minerals.

huh? Extreme excess of anything is bad man.


btw, i have met many people who are highly qualified who get proven wrong all the time. This is a world where rumors and myths often go unchecked.

That is fine. I understand the limitations of second hand knowledge. It sucks when you even have to take a professors word with a grain of salt, but thats life.
