So a few weeks ago I was at the grocery and saw they had a special on Vlassic Kosher Dill Pickles. I love dill pickles. I looked at the jar and thought wow! these only have 5 calories each. That's just crunchy water.
I bought a jar. And ate some. And ate some more. And then ate some more and bought two more jars and basically was enjoying a nice snack of a plate of pickles every night. I love dill pickles! I'm thinking this is awesome - I can eat jarfulls of these suckers all night long and it's only a few calories.
Then I weighed myself. I'd gained 8 pounds! WTF!?!? I thought back and while my diet isn't perfect, I didn't remember anything enormous I'd eaten.
Then I looked at the jar again. Each pickle is 10% of your RDA in sodium. Each pickle. Multiply that by the plate I was eating plus of course the sodium in other things...
So I stopped eating pickles. Two days later I must have pissed about a thousand times for about 10 minutes each time. I thought someone had run a sewer line up into my bladder or something because I was a urinating machine.
Day after...the 8 pounds were gone...
I know, I'm a retard sometimes, but I thought it was funny.
