I wouldn't take that for post work out just because of the casein. If anything you should be taking whey and some simple carb source aside from fruits post workout. Save the oats and milk and casein for later on.

Zack i took all that about 15 to 20 mins after working out. And TR i didnt exactly wat u meant!! so u dont want me to take casein and oat with milk or any kindda fruits at night?? even a banana? is there any simple carb you wud recommend? I only reason i took casein is bcoz i was goin to bed after i got done eating and i had already had 3 scoops of isopure during the day. One during breakfast. one hour b4 working out and one post workout. I scoop of isopure has i think 26g of protein. Anwyays my question is, 4 scoops of isopure plus casein(if i were to take it) while working out 2 times a day is not too much protein??? any advice wud be appreciated

IMO I would have the whey shake after work out and eat a solid protein and salad or veggie 1 hour later if possible. Why the multi vitamin so late at night? Wouldnt that be counter productive? I would exchange the prework out shake with oats and milk. Fruit is bad at night could store fat in the liver.

The best time to take a multi vitamin is one of those topics where everyone will have a difference of opinion. Taking a vitamin in the morning has a fairly large negative to it. After taking a multi vitamin in the morning look at the color of your urine usually dark, this meaning that the vitamin is being excreted and minimal absorbtion has taken place. Taking a multi vitamin before bed gives you the oppurtunity to absorb as much of the vitamin as possible. But as i said everyone does it differently so try both and see what you like.
