Ok as of next week ill be going for a week to the sunshine coast with the missus for a holiday, and for me it will be a break from everything, including gym. so my question is this: do i need to take in protein at all, as i dont really want to gain fat during so yea should i decrease the amount of shakes im having to just one a day? and this may sound like a noob question but im looking at changing my protein and wondering what makes ON so good?
