When you are cutting up, for you meals, what kind of seasonings do you guys use if you are not trying to retain any water? Is No Salt something some of you guys use, or are there others that do not have any sodium either? help is greatly appreciated.

well the way I'm looking right now...

Meal 1: Oatmeal, 5 egg whites
Meal 2: Chicken Breast, Veggies, Brown Rice
Meal 3: Talipia Fillet, Veggies
Meal 4: Chicken Breast, Baked Potato
Meal 5: Chicken Breast, Veggies, Brown Rice
Meal 6: Tuna, Baked Potato

Its pretty simple. being in the military, I can't really eat every 3 hours, so I get them in when I can.

A couple weeks ago, I kind of jacked up my shoulder doing 315 on the shoulder press, I knew better, but my dumb ass wanted to push it, so I paid for it!! its not sore anymore so I'm going to get back on the weights again.

My workouts consist of

Mon- Quads & Hams
Tues- Chest & Calves
Wed- Shoulders
Thur- Biceps & Triceps
Fri- Back

* I do cardio outside of the gym on the track now thats its warm and the snow is melted so I run 2 miles

do HIIT cardio if anything.

It'll help you burn more fat and keep the most amount of muscle possible.

also sprinting helps to promote GH production

Good point zack!

Carbs are your primary fuel for your training, not fats. Another key point to add to the effectiveness, is that during the post-exercise recovery period you will be metabolizing fat for fuel due to the heightening of your metabolic rate. So, I agree with zack, if you're looking to get incorporated with a specific type of cardio, HIIT is the most effective.

I have a couple comments regarding your routine, mostly because I'm doing one similar and I can find some parts to help reduce cns drain, or overworking.

Here's the deal, or my opinion on your routine:

You need to take into account secondary support/synergists. So for example, biceps are worked secondarily to back; both are pulling muscles. Same goes for chest and shoulders consecutively, both are pushing muscles.

Some things to take note if you're questioning a training program.
