getting more food in

I have problems getting a lot of foods in. my appetite and hunger is really bad somtimes..any advice

also, eat lean and stay away from a lot of sugar. this will help you to not have as such of a full feeling so you can eat more good foods

Due to common belief, this is false. The more meals eaten does not speed up your BMR (basal metabolic rate). However there are conflicting studies. If the metabolic rate is increased, the amount in which it happens in insignificant to the average, daily-active person.

Have a good 3-4 studies, if need be.

haha we were just talking about this.

there are a lot of diff studies and a lot of them are conflicting, which leads to debate.

I was going off what my professors told me and what I've read around the dungeon in the past, but I understand what you mean.

we'll never really know because of the conflicting studies, but in the end it's up to him to choose what he feels is best and what works best for him.

we can only give him both sides/options and he gets to pick and see what works best for him.

Think of it somewhat like this.

Say I get paid a smaller salary at the end of every week, or I get 4 weeks worth of salary all at once every 4th Friday. Does either change the total salary I would make over a year?

That's how it could be thought of. Again, studied are conflicting, like I said.

I had trouble getting my meals in too, it was a struggle the first couple of weeks I was basically force feeding myself. After 2 weeks or so I started to get hungry every 3 hours.

thanks guys. im gonna try to eat every 3 hours, because there was a big huge ripped guy in my gym that was bragging up a storm about eating every 2 hours. seems to work for him. so ill give it a go. if it dosent work, ill try somthing else.
