hey guys, is it bad to eat less whole foods during a cut, and upping.. lets say your whey protein shake intake. i heard its easier to burn off liquid that solids when working out. would this just be hazardous to your health or is it ok. also is 2 hours cardio a day enough? im 170 pounds right now and really really want to make it to 160 lbs in a month, im very very determined. the most carbs thruout the day will be my two servings of
syntha 6 a day, in the morning and at night. does ne1 have anny suggestions, i really wana get some veins and vascularity!! thanks ya'll
