hey guys, is it bad to eat less whole foods during a cut, and upping.. lets say your whey protein shake intake. i heard its easier to burn off liquid that solids when working out. would this just be hazardous to your health or is it ok. also is 2 hours cardio a day enough? im 170 pounds right now and really really want to make it to 160 lbs in a month, im very very determined. the most carbs thruout the day will be my two servings of syntha 6 a day, in the morning and at night. does ne1 have anny suggestions, i really wana get some veins and vascularity!! thanks ya'll

I have nothing to back it up but usually when I "cut" I tend to eat more whole foods. The whole idea of your body working to digest the food plus if you have to many shakes because they do digest quick I would believe more of it would be stored on the body?

Not to sure just my opinion :)

Always food first before supps.

There's no reason you can't have whole food before turning to the protein powders and such.

yeah, it makes sense.

People do tend to eat more whole foods to feel more full throughout the day with all the complex carbs.

they don't rely as much on shakes

Beef can be a bitch sometimes, as much as i love it. You can get parts that are really chewy because of the fat in between

stay away from even lean beef on a serious cut(imo) you can go to some baked fish.
With a protein shake you will get hungry quicker and want stay as anabolic as long as with food. You also wont get all the nutrients you need just from shakes.
2 hrs cardio is a little much and you will get more carbs than just your syntha 6 man.If you plan on eating at all
