I bought a glass jar of the stuff, I just know it's a healthy product, beyond that I know nothing. I'm googling it, seeing what it's about. Apparently it is high in natural protein, has a lot of good anti-oxidants and it is a 'healthy' fat. Does this mean it's like walnuts, almonds, etc in terms of good fat... can I replace my almonds with this for my source of good fats?

Why would you replace a food if you find something better? Is what you got a nut? No..There's other vitamins and nutrients that each have uniquely, same goes for macro-nutrients.

Healthy fats: monounsaturated and polysunsaturated.

Many foods contain both of these, so should we all stop eating them just because one has it? No. Depending on the product and nut, some can contain different omegas; three's, six's and nine's.

Also depending on the product, there usually will be a differ in the amount of grams/each healthy fat. Alternate if you want, being I don't know the product.

use it as a coating like you would bread crumbs for tuna cakes ect. mix in a spoonful into a smoothie. i love the taste of wheatgerm i usually use it in baking muffins esp banana, pancakes etc but my mom puts some on her yogurt. its not really easy to eat like almonds so i wouldnt think you could replace them with it. it is high in fat but good fat. makes cookies crispier.
