Mesomoporh: Adds muscle and maintains muscle easily with limited fat gain.
Ectomorph: Neither adds muscle or fat easily. A "hardgainer".
Esomoporh: Gains fat easily and doesn't cut too easily.
Depending on that, base how sensitive you are to certain nutrients. The...decide.
