I'm slowly reading Layne's sticky but I don't know what body type I am, meso, ecto, etc. Am I just SUPPOSED to know or can I figure it out some way? I ask because he lists the counts of carbs, fats and proteins a person should take in but those numbers are dependent on your body type...
