Thoughts on cinnamon raisin bread? Im currently bulking and didnt know if eating a slice or two with my breakfast would be a bad idea. Its so delicious! Comments, concerns? Thanks!

If you are on a bulk eat the hell out of it. Great little pick me up whenever you need a energy boost.

Is it whole wheat or bleached?

I'm fairly certain that it's whole wheat, just by looking at the crust.

Myself, I'd go with the whole grain variety found on that link you posted

You get a little bit more protein and dietary fiber in there

^^ don't you mean whole grain? I think the regular version is whole wheat, and on the left of the page, under 'Swirl Breads' there's also 'Whole Grain Swirl Breads'

I'd post the link but I'm not at 15 posts yet...
