High GL carbs post workout in combination with a fast digesting protein such as a whey, followed by a meal with whole food protein sources that are low in fat and also some complex carbs. Before bed take in a slow digesting protein and some EFA's. Also after you asses where you are with the previous suggestions, you may need to up or lower your caloric intake, to minimize fat gain or optimize LBM gains, depending on your results. Track your bodyfat and dont allow yourself to get too high, a bulk is not an excuse to get fat.
