okay first off, wrong forum, but that's okay man. no big deal.

1g of protein
2 to 3g of carbs
.5g of fat

all per lb of bodyweight.

this will help you pack on a great deal of mass.

also split your carbs up like this

25% in the morning
20% pre-workout
25% post-workout
30% mixed in throughout the day

^cosign, just going to fill in a few details. High GL carbs post workout in combination with a fast digesting protein such as a whey, followed by a meal with whole food protein sources that are low in fat and also some complex carbs. Before bed take in a slow digesting protein and some EFA's. Also after you asses where you are with the previous suggestions, you may need to up or lower your caloric intake, to minimize fat gain or optimize LBM gains, depending on your results. Track your bodyfat and dont allow yourself to get too high, a bulk is not an excuse to get fat.

I agree with them but don't forget that a diet is personal take all the advice you can get and the make it what works for you. My diet won't work for you, zack's diet won't work for you, ronnie coleman's diet wont work for you. Just remember this whenever you eat and whatever you eat make sure to record it. this way you learn your body and learn wat works for you.

don't forget to eat enough calories
try this little formula

18-20 x lean body mass

i have to eat way more than what i'm supposed to for my weight to gain muscle.

it all depends on the individual.

Ohh, and just on the side..

For the post workout meal, my teacher told me that you should eat in a 30-45min window that you have. This is because in those 15 minutes, your body uses more % of whatever you eat.

Does anyone else go by this?
