So I see the ads in all my BBing mags... "extreme cutting," etc stuff. I'm on a cut and my max loss I'd like to see would be about 20 lbs. I read the fine print in the "article" and it said the average weight loss was around 11-15 lbs. That's not bad! What are your guys opinions on the stuff?

of course the company is going to have something like that.... its their supplement you can manipulate studies to say whatever you want... you have to know the variables, if you had the study they conducted to find that the average weight loss was between 11-15 lbs i would like to see it.

I said it cuz I figured u'd seen a few threads on it, sorry man. i apologize if it was a dick movement.

It's nowhere near worth the money and people can skew a lot of figures and just make up doctors and shit.

n88tr, you move in so many directions i dont know how you can keep up. Stick to basics and work on how you eat and sleep and lift. A ton of supplements only confuses things and makes them more complex this early.

You ask a ton of questions about various products and things. Take your knowledge that you have learned and apply it for a month. See the results. Then, if you must have more supps ask about a few more.

Continually adding different products and different things is just holding you back from understanding what you already seem to not know.

To just give myself more time?

Yeah, I'm impatient, I know, I know.

pretty much

u have to be patient. that's a lot of what this sport is. people want results over night and it's just not going to happen. life doesn't come at us like the internet at blazing speeds. life happens for a moment here and there, not all at once. bodybuilding is life. it takes perceverance and time man. It's not going to happen over night, but when you realize that your body has become what you wanted it's the greatest feeling of all time. you'll never want to go back.

Training is my savior, Bodybuilding is my religion

The progress will come n88tr, I know it's hard to wait but when you get noticeable results in a month's time or less you'll stay motivated and driven.
