It doesn't really matter I don;t think.

The more you eat the more you're gonna gain so it makes sense, but I'd say its fine either way man

pasta is great post wo, make sure immediately after your wo (within 15 mins) down a whey shake, following that within a hour post wo throw a meal together, all depends tho what time of day you're working out (ie mornings afternoons or nights).

Very true! Pastas, or essentially a few complex carbs, replenishes muscle glycogen...Being a great post workout addition. As far as your "post, post-workout" meal, I'd bring in your fat (polyunsaturated and monounsautrated) fats.

The fats will help with hormonal balance/aid whilst keeping cortisol levels low which you want to watch immediately and after your workout. Other than that, not sure much more matters too significantly. Maintain proper macronutrient breakdowns.

I'd say no more than 30 or so grams of EFA's. Yes! Always keep carbs low on fat dominant meals. So...Your core meals should generally be protein-carbs, protein-fats. Not carbs-fats. Forgot that, thanks for reminding me. On your post, post workout meal, keep any heavy carbs out of the picture.

Immediately after my workout ill take a product that contains about 60g of carbs along with 30g of protein and from there ill wait about an hour or hour and half depending on how i feel. Then ill have a steak and sweet potato and broccoli.
