Just wondering what your guys macro stats are for a 6 oz chicken breast or so. Like according to all the research ive done its about 1 g of fat per ounce and about 9 g of protein. Just wondering what you guys write in your logs

yeah so 6 oz should have about 36g of protein

if 6 oz of chicken only had 9g, i would be eating tuna instead.

no sorry i meant 1g fat and 9g protein per ounce, so 6 oz = 6g of fat, 54 g protein

I usually consult either nutritiondata.com, caloriking or calorie-count
