It's a dairy. Usually most hard cheeses have high quantities of protein. Especially the main, slow digesting one, cottage cheese. It's around 12g of protein/.5 cups.

Put some pepper on it, kinda' relieves the pure awfulness of it.

Here's my before bed meal, kinda' hinders the taste of the Cottage cheese:
3 tablespoons of Peanut butter
1 cup of Cottage cheese
3-5 walnutes

If you can kill it or it comes from a living (or once living) animal, eat it.

thanks XTR

i find it good to have a list you can look at everyday to pick what to eat, just start a spreadsheet program and fill in all the categories for the foods. makes it alot easier planning out your diet.

For the dairy proteins try to get organic products, they are much less tampered with (no steroids and medicines given to the animals) and its more natural which is better for you. but thats just my philosophy
