How many egg whites can I eat a day?

What's up guys?

I have been eating 10 egg whites, with oatmeal, bacon, and a banana in the morning.

For lunch I eat another 10 egg whites, with veggies, and sometimes 2 chicken breasts.

So 20 a day. Is that just too much?

Meal 1: 10 egg whites, with oatmeal, bacon, and a banana.
Meal 2: Pre.W.O 1 apple, and 1 protein shake
Meal 3: Post.W.O 10 egg whites, with veggies, and sometimes 2 chicken breasts.
Meal 4: Granola Bar, and 1 protein shake
Meal 5: 2 chicken breast, salad, and a fruit
Meal 6: 1 protein shake just before bed

you need more complexed carbs pre WO, and i dont see what harm 20 egg whites can do a day

I eat no less than a dozen a day, only the white's mind you. The price for a dozen of eggs has increased to $1.72 a dozen @ my grocery store, Giant Eagle.. I expect it to go over $2.00 before this year is over.

well I think you need to split it up more. 1 egg white is about 6 grams of protein x 10 = 60 grams of protein. Considering egg whites are one of the most purest foods according to protein avalable with almost 100 % absorbtion rate that might be too much. I'm not saying that you would have ill effects its just a waste of money IMO. I would stick with about six per sitting. Also a lot of the other foods in your meal might have protein. Chicken breasts are not needed in the same meal.

Hey bro 1 egg white is about 3 to 3.5 grams of protein not 6. 6 is for the whole egg.
