hey i have been taking One A Day multi-vitamin and was wondering what benefits if any i receive from these pills for my weight training. And is there and better Multi-Vitamins to take specifically for BBing or is what i'm taking fine????

no real benefits to weight lifting... you would be better off just incorporating more fruit and vegetables into your diet. Unless of course your cutting and cannot include enough of these then just any multi will do, but only for general health reasons.

the multi-vit has a lot of benefits. It makes sure ur immune system is good and u don't have any deficiencies.

I watch Dr. Oz on Oprah with the wife ( of course) .. and this is where everyone reading this says ( of course also) well he's been pumping the Nature's Made from Target for a while, so the wife and I compared the to.. There's a difference in them..

There' nature made for men and one for women.. oh and we had a coupon.

Well Oprah's right minded, I like the subject's and issues she discusses on stage. She's more down to earth than the other ass wipes out there..
