Hi guys just wondering if glucose is a good post wo carb to take.
It contains dextrose monohydrate.

per 100g

Energy (kcal): 375
Protein (g): 0
Carbohydrates (g): 99
Fat(g): 0
Vit C (mg): 100

so if i take like 50g of the glucose it will provide me with approx. 50g of carbs.

You want glucose post-workout. Apposed to fructose, lactose and sucrose. The reason for that is...just that...very fast-digesting. Significantly higher GI than other simple sugars. Same applies to maltodextrin.

I'll just write it down here...

Ingredients: Dextrose Monohydrate (a high-grade medicinal glucose), Sucrose, Anhydrous Crtirc Acid, Sodium Chloride, Vit C, Natural grapeskin colouring and permitted flavouring.

btw i remember markus ruhl saying that sugar from fruits is also good post WO food, so im assuming that fruit also contains some sucrose which is good.

No..

Fruit is not a great source of post-workout carbs. It's very low in GI, digesting slower. The goal post-workout is to nourish/replace muscle glycogen and begin protein synthesis as soon as possible. You want either a dextrose (glucose) or a maltodextrin.

It's glucose, right? If so, glucose SHOULD be taken post workout.
Yes, it's fine.
