Not know the exact answer to this question and its been bugging me. If i am aiming to get in 350 grams of carbs a day, how many should i be getting right after my workout. A usually train around mid-day ish somtimes a bit later but no later than 3.

Here bro..

Based on the 25% high GI carb intake post workout:
350 x .25 = 87.5

I'd say you need anywhere from 80-90 grams
