i have the meals figured out for mon through sat but the gym i go to closes on sun so i just made it my one off day a week. now my question is, what do u eat on off days? i have one cheat meal a week but what about the rest of the day?

so not working out dosent effect the body too drastically. for a 24hr period?

No, just eat big on off days and make sure you recover well. Your probably gonna be eating less simple carbs seeing as you wont have a PWO meal

i eat even more on off day .more time to eat.
its a repairing day. you need to repair as much as you can so you can be back to attack.

We all know muscle synthesis increases after a workout. But they say that muscle synthesis is increased even MORE the next day following exercise.

Point is: your muscles are still growing the next day. You need to feed them. As bhana said, you'd prolly want to stick to complex carbs

i agree with that def need to eat big but also eat for your body type and eat for your goals. like for me im an endomeso and i am sensitive to carbs so if im not working out i will decrease my carb in take about half and increase my protein and healthy fats by adding more nuts and such. figure out what works best with your body everyones body is different.
