I'm preparing to go to the gym, get in some HIIT today, then I'll pick up a tub on
NoExplode. I wanted to know if I should bother to take a post like I normally do after a weight-lifting session, or should I just be drinking a lot of water and forget the post after I'm done with my HIIT?
I'll still get in my two teaspoons throughout the day, but should I only do a post after a weight-lifting session... it sounds obvious I know, but I just want to make sure.
