Leave your routine the same, don'tchange it if its working, just incorporate cardio work and start cutting weight. Read layne nortons diet primer if you want information on how to lose weight, its stickied at the top of the nutrition forum.

my main tip...

listen to any of the things you've read in "abs" books and stuff like that
if u don't know what im talkin about... keep your cardio routine and stuff the way it is... don't eat less..

but eat more fat cuttin foods like things high in amino acids, omega fatty acids, and stuff like that..
so like.. eggs, fish, peppers, grapefruit/oranges, etc.. no more night time eating... im not sayin to completely change ur diet (like i did lol) just incorporate some of these foods in ur regular diet..

and i pretty much just read what the other dudes that replied put.. so basically u should listen to them haha... i didn't read their posts until after i wrote this... so ya
